408 is the Test cap number of Phillip Hughes, who died due to an injury on his head that he sustained after getting hit by a Sean Abbott bouncer in a Sheffield Shield clash between South Australia and New South Wales. He was in a state of induced coma for two days in Sydney’s St. Vincent’s Hospital before his family decided to take off the life support system.
