The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) chairman, B R Naidu on Monday said the TTD Board of Trustees approved a budget of Rs 5,259 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26. According to a report by Times of India “Tirupati trust expects the maximum revenues from the Hundi receipts which are estimates to grow to Rs 1,729 crore this financial year from Rs 1,671 crore last year. While the Tirupati trust earned Rs.550 cr through sale of prasadams last year, the temple trust expects to earn Rs.600 cr from prasadams sale this year.”
