iPhone 6 leaked images: View the assembled 4.7-inch device for the first time!

The images of the much-hyped iPhone 6 have been doing rounds for a long time by various sites as the much awaited Apple’s 4.7 inch device’s launch date nears. But the latest images shared by luxury iPhone vendor Feld & Volk on their official Instagram page gives us a glimpse of what is in store from Apple. These new high-definition images show the front panel and the rear shell of the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 assembled together.

After viewing several images of the leaked iPhone 6’s parts, it’s a welcome sight for Apple enthusiasts as the glossy front panel’s slightly tapered edges meld seamlessly into the rounded edges of the rear shell to give a sleek, continuous curve. Going by the images provided by Feld & Volk, the iPhone 6 is expected to be significantly thinner than the 7.6mm thick iPhone 5s, coming in at approximately 7mm.

The latest leaked images of the Apple iPhone 6 look convincing, as one expects the iPhone 6 to have features like a bigger screen and camera to health monitoring. At the WWDC 2014 keynote where the iOS 8 was launched, there was no announcement of the iPhone 6. But going by the pattern of announcements by Apple, it is likely they would announce the iPhone 6 on September 9 that falls on a Tuesday. Apple likes to announce major products on Tuesdays, and makes new iOS updates available for download on Wednesdays.

Feld & Volk had earlier shared images of what could be the new iPhone 6 design that looked like a high-end product more than what one anticipated it to be. Based on these leaked images, Spigen and others have made cases available for the device.

One of the most anticipated smartphones of 2014, Apple’s iPhone 6 is to be launched on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, as Apple has mostly launched their last few iPhones at a special event in September. Post iPhone 6’s arrival, Apple will follow it up by a new iPad Air launch in October.
