All rounder Irfan Pathan was recently trolled and called ‘unislamic’ for posting a picture of himself with his wife Safa Baig on Twitter. Irfan Pathan was trolled on social media when he posted his wife’s picture on hi Facebook and Twitter. Safa Baig was wearing a hijab but had her arms exposed with and wearing nail polish. Irfan Pathan lovingly wrote, “This girl is trouble #love #wifey” on his Facebook post which received a lot of hate comments. Later he shared the same picture with the words, “Kuch to log kahenge logo ka kaam hai kehna but always #love #travel.” However, little did he know that his seemingly harmless post will be blown so out of proportion and trolled for no apparent reason? He once again took to Twitter and gave a simple message to the haters out there and wrote, “I repeat 🙂 If there is more love than hate I think we are doing alright #spreadlove.”Also Read - 'Say No to Bloodshed': Muslim Man Observes 72-Hour Fast to Protest Against Animal Sacrifice on Eid

Social media is a great platform to express opinions but why do people have to stoop down to such beastly levels? Is there no decency left anymore? However, we agree with Irfan Pathan, “to log kahenge logo ka kaam hai kehna.”
