Jose Mourinho praises bus drivers, hails Chelsea’s 2014-15 Barclays Premier League win

He talked about a London bus driver’s nightmare for having to bear the brunt of steering a double decker

Jose Mourinho’s sides are known for playing dour, unattractive football and here is the maverick Portuguese manager talking about “parking the bus” and also sheds light on his side Chelsea’s victorious Barclays Premier League season. Mourinho was quizzed on the style of football the Premier League champions would adopt this season and he started off by paying tribute to the bus drivers, for whom he stated that he has paramount respect for.

He talked about a London bus driver’s nightmare for having to bear the brunt of steering a double decker, steering through potholes and construction sites across the country. He went on justify his style of football by stating that Chelsea did play expansive football at various parts of the season. He picked out the game against Everton at Goodison Park, where Chelsea won 6-3 for stinging criticism as by his own admission, his team let in three “ridiculous” goals. Watch the full video below:
