The 23-year-old actress who rose to fame with Star Plus daily soap, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has gone topless in the newly revealed posters. Despite her fans being used to seeing the actress bare her assets in sexy photoshoot pictures, the new avatar of the young actress is proving to be too hot to handle. Karishma Sharma is not the first Indian television actress to go topless but the list has the likes of Mandira Bedi, Karishma Tanna, Kritika Kamra among many.
