Vrindavan, the divine city of Lord Krishna, is also known for being home to many saints and spiritual storytellers. One such renowned figure is Acharya Pundrik Goswami, who, despite having an impressive academic background from Oxford University, chose the path of devotion and became a celebrated Bhagavad Katha narrator. Born on July 20, 1988, in Vrindavan, Pundrik comes from a family deeply rooted in spirituality. He is the grandson of the renowned saint Atul Krishna Goswami Ji Maharaj and the son of the esteemed Bhagavad Katha orator Shri Shribhuti Krishna Goswami Ji Maharaj. Pundrik Goswami belongs to the illustrious family of Gopal Bhatt Goswami, one of the six celebrated Goswamis of Vrindavan, who was personally inspired and initiated by Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu himself.

Pundrik completed his early schooling in Mathura before moving to Delhi for higher studies. There, he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Delhi University. With a keen interest in academics, he later enrolled at Oxford University for further studies. However, during his time at Oxford, tragedy struck—the untimely death of his father forced him to return home. Despite the personal loss, Pundrik was determined to complete his education. He finished his course through distance learning while fulfilling his responsibilities back home.

Remarkably, Pundrik’s journey as a preacher began at the tender age of seven, when he first delivered a discourse on the Bhagavad Gita. Over the years, his knowledge, eloquence, and devotion have earned him recognition on a global scale. He has conducted Katha sessions in countries like Canada, Africa, and the USA, spreading the teachings of Krishna far and wide.

Today, Pundrik Goswami is not only a respected spiritual figure but also an inspiration for those seeking to balance the material and spiritual worlds. He is a renowned Vaishnava leader, speaker, and scholar of Vedic knowledge. He is also the 38th generation of Sri Man Madhva Gauriya Peeth, successor to PP Sri Manmadhva Gaureshwar Shri Atul Krishna Goswami Ji Maharaj and PP Sri Manmadhva Gaureshwar Sri Sribhuti Krishna Goswami Ji Maharaj.
