It’s for celebrating the birthday of her staff member, as per the video. The video is grabbing tremendous headlines and attention. What’s the video?

The viral video shows a staff member cutting her birthday cake with Nita Ambani standing alongside. After the cake cutting, Nita Ambani happily fed a piece of chocolate cake to the staff member, who later thanked her. Ambani was wearing an elegant beige-coloured co-ord dress, which had red patterns on it. The video was shared on Instagram on Monday with the caption, “Nita ma’am celebrating her Staff birthday… So down to earth.”

Who’s Nita Ambani?

Nita Ambani is the founder and chairperson of the Reliance Foundation, the CSR of Reliance Industries. She’s married to Mukesh Ambani. The Ambani family is one of the richest families in the world. According to the list of Forbes, the family has a net worth of USD 105 billion.

This is not the first time Nita Ambani’s kindness has come to light. She’s often seen at charity events and donates heavily to the underprivileged through the Reliance Foundation.

She has three children: Isha, Anant, and Akash, who are married to Anand Piramal, Radhika Merchant, and Shloka Mehta, respectively. The weddings of their three children were done in grand celebrations. They have a residence in Mumbai named Antilia. The business family hails from Gujarat.
