We’ve experienced a lot of people coming out their versions of Pharrell Williams’ hit track Happy. After the Chennai and Bangalore version, the ‘Happy’ fever has gripped Mumbai. This video entirely shot in aamchi Mumbai has come out a bit late but is cute nevertheless!
The video is directed by Insha & Ishan Kapoor, and is shot covering all the parameters of Mumbai, from the Bandra-Worli sealink to the infamous slums of Dharavi to the famous local trains, etcetera. The whole theme shows the ‘We are Mumbai’ spirit which is amazing to watch. Though less lively than the rest of the versions, it makes us happy to have a compiled version of bundles of joy in Mumbai.
It’s a great effort taken by the directors. Kudos to them, we have our own Mumbai Happy version track now! Watch the video below.
