Punjabi Shoe Store Owner Comes Up With Hilarious Valentine’s Day Ad, Video Goes Viral

Valentine’s day is around the corner and many couples have already started the preparations for the V Day. Along with the couples, companies too have started their marketing and promotions of their products and services. Yes, the day becomes a great opportunity for marketers. Right from local Shops to e-commerce giants are all adorned with red hearts and flowers. Chocolate commercials and bouquets of flowers are erupting and party invitations are plastered everywhere. And every year we come across these clichéd marketing gimmicks. But this year one ad by two guys in Punjab has caught everyone’s attention and the same has taken the internet by storm. They came up with marketing ad for what seems to be their shoe shop.

The hilarious video which was posted on micro-blogging site Twitter showcases a turbaned young man talking about how men will propose women on Valentines’ day and whether to accept the same is totally up to them. He further states that if any man after being rejected still stalks you then you should just hit him with their shoes.  “Now the month of love (Feb) has started and it’s every man’s dream to express their love on Valentine’s Day. After that, it’s up to the girl to say yes or no. Listen up girls, after you say no, if a guy still harasses you, bothers you, stalks you or irritates you then you beat him up with juttis (shoes), ” he says in the video.

He also says that for shoes (to hit) you can contact them. He gives out the complete address of their shop which is located in Sirhand, a town in Punjab. The person who seems to be the owner of the shop even pans the camera across the store and even lists out all types of shoes that are available in his shop.
