Raj Thackeray was born on June 14, 1968. The Mumbai-based politician is the nephew of the late Bal Thackeray, Shiv Sena Founder and Supremo. Raj was trained under his uncle and expected to take over the reins of the Shiv Sena, but was reportedly shunned for Senior Thackeray’s son Uddhav Thackeray.
