India is getting itself ready to celebrate 68th Republic Dayon the 26th of this month. Colorful tableaus, parades, march pasts will fill the air in Rajpath, New Delhi on Thursday. Crowds fill the lanes of Rajpath to witness the extravagant program which will include displays by the Indian Navy, Air Force, and military. You can now buy tickets to witness the Republic Day 2017 events at Rajpath and Full Dress Rehearsal of Beating the Retreat Ceremony at Vijay Chowk. The sale of tickets had commenced on January 7, 2017.
The price of tickets for the Parade on January 26, 2017, are Rs 500 for reserved seats and Rs 100 and Rs 20 for unreserved seats. While the cost of tickets for Beating the Retreat Ceremony (Full Dress Rehearsal) on January 28, 2017, are Rs 50 and Rs 20 and does not have reserved seats.

Shastri Bhawan (near Gate No. 3)
India Gate (near Jamnagar House)

As per PIB, these sale counters will be open up to January 25, 2017, from 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 4:30 pm. You can avail tickets for Full Dress Rehearsal of Beating the Retreat Ceremony on January 27 and 28 J2017 from 10 am to 4: 30 pm. Meanwhile, the ticket counters of Sena Bhawan, Jantar Mantar, India Gate and Shastri Bhawan will remain open from January 25 to 25, 2017 up to 7 pm. No ticket counters will remain open on January 26, 2017. You can avail the tickets on the basis of production of Aadhaar Card, Voter Card or Identity Cards issued by Government of India or State Governments only. Payments will also be accepted by credit or debit cards.
