Not only this, a 40-story building can be built inside it.
As the tale goes, Son Dung Cave was discovered in 1991 by a local woodcutter in Vietnam. After which scientists investigated Son Dung Cave in the year 2009 in which they described this cave as the deepest and mysterious cave in the world. After this, in the year 2013, it became a tourist destination.

The height of Son Dung cave is 200 meters and its length is about five kilometers. There are many dense forests and trenches in this cave. Apart from this, the rivers flowing inside it are the specialty of this cave. Son Dung Cave is also called the Great Wall of Vietnam. It is made of Carboniferous and Permian limestone. The age of this cave is estimated to be around 20 to 50 years. The height of the entire cave system inside it is 656 feet. The volume of the corridor of Sun Dong is 3.84 crore cubic meters, 9 kilometers long and 650 feet wide. In fact, it is so wide that a Boeing 747 can pass straight through it. A fast flowing river flows inside this cave, due to which the cave was formed.
The wind and sound resonating inside this cave can be heard till the outer gate. It is so big that its own clouds are formed and it rains inside it. Scientists have found two ways to enter and exit the cave by crossing its 200 meter wall. During the rainy season, this cave is filled with water and it is difficult to enter it. There are two large sinkholes in this cave, which work like skylights. There is a forest spread below these two sinkholes, whose trees are more than 30 meters high.
