TamilRockers: Piracy Website Makes a Comeback, Leaks New Movies of 2019 on First Day
Putting the future of the film industry on a fiery debate, TamilRockers have shaken up the media and laws alike which are pondering on ways to pull immediate stops on their activity.
Marking a robust comeback, piracy website TamilRockers is making up for the notoriety during the ban by releasing all the new movies of 2019. Blocked after regular complaints of it providing pirated content in India, the site is now enjoying a cap-free function and leaking all the recently released movies on the first day itself by making them openly available on the internet.
The users no longer have to download the pirated contents by changing the IP address or with the help of other illegal access sites as TamilRockers are already out with Tamil movies like Sarvam Thaalamayam and Simbu starrer Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven and last week’s Hindi release, Kangana Ranaut‘s Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. While the movie makers and Box Office of the respective cinema industries are living in a nightmare currently, the netizens are enjoying restriction-free browsing and free downloading of new films however illegal it may be, after the site went live.
Evidently, the footfall of theatre-goers has drastically gone down and interestingly, films like Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven and Sarvam Thaalamayam, that are receiving negative reviews or are small budget films, are getting quite positive reviews online, encouraging more viewers to watch it on the small range.
TamilRockers has shaken up the media and laws alike who are pondering on ways to pull immediate stops on their activity. While the solutions are under question, there are other piracy and torrent sites too which are notorious for having laid their hands on films like Taxiwala and already leaked them, even before their theater release while the hapless movie makers were left merely requesting audiences to pay for the entertainment they get from other people’s work.
