The advertisement starts with a Swiss couple singing Happy Birthday song to their son Gajender in Zurich, Switzerland. And as expected, there is much curiosity behind European nationals giving an Indian name to their child. The ad goes into a flashback showing the couple in India with the lady being heavily pregnant and in pain. They are struck on a deserted station in Goa when they come across a Good Samaritan. In his broken English, he communicates of helping them and he does. The lady gives birth to a boy and while thanking her helper, she says – Gajender, Meet Gajender!
