It is rare in the glamour world that any celebrity comes forward and acknowledges what went wrong in their relationship. Television world’s lovebirds Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna’s breakup came as a blow to all their fans that were eagerly waiting for their wedding. Their affection for each other was very evident during their performances in Nach Baliye and they never tried to hide the fact that they are much in love. So the news about their separation shattered their fans. It was perceived by all that they parted ways amicably but now things have started to taken an ugly turn. You would ask what proof we have to say this. Well, for one thing Upen Patel has been taking to Twitter trying to thank his ex-girlfriend Karishma Tanna rather sarcastically. He shared a few picture quotes on Twitter and tagged Karishma Tanna on it.
The love birds Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel came together in the Bigg Boss house and everyone thought that their relationship was only for the TRPs and they will split once they come out of the house. However, their relationship stood the test of time and they went onto appear in Nach Baliye and MTV Love School. Upen Patel has now taken to twitter and off late sending really cryptic tweets which is making everyone wonder with his insinuations and who is he pointing at. He shared a tweet tagging Karishma Tanna which he eventually deleted, the tweet was a picture which read, “The worst feeling in the world is knowing you’ve been used and lied to.” He tagged Karishma Tanna in this post and tweeted “Thanks” with the image.

Upen Patel sure looks as if he has been hurt and betrayed by Karishma Tanna. Whatever is the reason they did make a very cute couple and till the time they were together they gave everyone relationship goals. We only wish that they find love eventually whether together or with someone else.
