The advertisement tells us how couples are surrounded by their in-laws, household chores and professional commitments which becomes a major hindrance for them to spend time together. Sumeet walks the extra mile to bring the smile back on her face by luring his lady love towards a magnificient surprise. He recollects the seven promises made at the time of their wedding and reminds Chetna that one of those where not bringing tears in his wife’s eye. British Airways presents a golden opportunity to all those couples who are physically together but fail to get closer at an emotional level.
