Viral video: Two venomous snakes found doing ‘duel’ under bed, netizens asks ‘mating or fighting’?

A family in a village was taken by surprise when they found two venomous Wall’s Kraits locked in a fierce duel in their bedroom. The dramatic scene was captured on video and shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Indian Forest Service officer Parveen Kaswan. The snakes, entangled and writhing under the bed, caused alarm, leading the family to call forest officials for help. In his post, Kaswan said that one of the forest beat staff received an urgent SOS call in the middle of the night. The snakes were safely rescued and later released into the wild. The video quickly gained attention on social media, with villagers seen gathered outside the home, recording the rare encounter on their phones.

“So one of our beat staff got SOS call in middle of night yesterday from a village. Imagine these highly venomous ‘Walls Krait’ doing duel in somebody bedroom. They were rescued and released safely later,” Kaswan said in the caption of his post.
