Washington Post’s Reply to a 11-year-old Aspiring Journalist is The Sweetest Ever

A New York Times reporter recently tweeted about his cousin’s 11-year-old daughter who wants to be a journalist at The Washington Post and the publication replied! Liam Stack took to Twitter saying that his cousin’s daughter was quite keen on making a career in journalism and would is already a loyal reader of The Washington Post. She also tells people who ask her about her career choices of becoming a journalist, and very specifically to work for The Washington Post. And an impressed Washington Post replied to the tweets in the sweetest way giving her an open invitation to spend a day with them.

Stack tweeted saying,”Today I learned that my cousin’s 11-year-old daughter somehow downloaded The Washington Post app — without my cousin’s knowledge — at the age of 9 and has been a loyal reader for the last two years.” He also tweeted saying, “When people ask what she wants to be when she grows up, my cousin said her 11-year daughter tells them she wants to study journalism and work for The Washington Post. It is apparently the most specific answer in her class.”
