The aviation company, IndiGo, has been facing severe service disruptions, with over 400 flights cancelled even on December 9, i.e., Tuesday. IndiGo operates almost 2,200 flights on a daily basis, and multiple flight cancellations left the passengers stranded at airports in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Jaipur, and Bengaluru. Now, a video has emerged of the passengers’ luggage in bulk at Indira Gandhi International Airport.

The Chief Executive Officer of IndiGo, Pieter Elbers, on Tuesday shared an official video message saying, “IndiGo is back on its feet, and our operations are stable… Lakhs of customers have received their full refunds, and we continue to do so on a daily basis. Most of the bags stuck at airports have been delivered to your homes.”

Adding to this, CEO Pieter Elbers said, “We have started to focus internally on what has led to this, lessons to be learnt and how to emerge stronger…”
