Yakub Memon, the brother of 1993 Mumbai blasts accused Tiger Memon, will be hanged in the Nagpur Central Jail on July 31, 2015, for being a co-conspirator in the case. But there has been a huge debate on whether Yakub should be executed or not. The big debate continues, as an article by the late to B Raman has been dug out, where he wrote in Rediff.com that Yakub should be forgiven because he has aided in the investigation post arrest. Yakub had thought of surrendering to the Indian police, and went to Nepal to contemplate on that and discuss it with his aides.
