The world’s most expensive pair of shoes has been launched in the UAE and it costs Rs 123 crore (USD 17 Million). Yes, you read it right. The world’s most expensive ladies shoes made its way to Burj Al Arab on Thursday. The luxury footwear is designed and created by UAE-based brand Jada Dubai in collaboration with Passion Jewellers.

The luxury Passion Diamond Shoes are made from real gold and silk. It is studded with 235 real diamonds. The high heels also feature a round and lavish D-diamond centrepiece of 15-carat weight.

Earlier, Debbie Wingham footwear was titled of being the world’s most expensive heels worth Usd 15.1 million.

Co-founder and creative director of Jada Dubai, Maria Majati said in a statement, “Jada Dubai designs only shoes with diamonds. For the launch of our second collection, we wanted to create a piece that is truly unique in the world using very rare diamonds.”

He further added, “There will be only one pair of The Passion Diamond Shoes in the world. We had to prototype many shoes in Italy in order to find the perfect shape, perfect heel, the perfect colour for it. Even inside, the logos of both companies are made out gold, which is very thin, so it will be very comfortable for walking.”

The footwear was put on the display at the launch event but they are just the prototype of European size 36. However, they can be custom made for the one who will buy the heels.
