Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal talked about his love story with model Grecia Munoz on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show.’ The episode was also graced by Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy and his wife Sudha Murty.

Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal recently shared his romantic love story with his current wife Grecia Munoz on the comedy television show – ‘The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show.’  Deepinder began talking about his fairytale love story after Kapil asked about how he met Grecia. The Zomato CEO revealed that one of his friends introduced him to Grecia.

“I was single for the longest time. My friends would set me up on dates and always advised me not to settle down. When Grecia first came to Delhi, a friend called me and said, ‘There’s a girl here you should meet.’ I agreed, and he said, ‘Make sure to meet her; you’ll end up marrying her.’ It was his foresight. He had always told me not to get serious, but this time he said, ‘You have to marry if you find a girl like her.’ I was intrigued to meet her, and then..” Deepinder recalled.

Grecia Munoz hails from Mexico.

The latest show of The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show was also graced by Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy and his wife Sudha Murty.

Diving deep into their relationship, Kapil’s asked Grecia if she liked Punjabi food. She said, “I love Indian food because of its diversity.”   Archana Puran Singh asked her about her favourite dish. Grecia, with a smiling face, replied “Chole Bhature.”

Kapil again questioned Grecia on her first cooking expedition in India and if she’d performed the traditional “first rasoi”. In a playful interruption, Deepinder chimes in, “No cooking allowed at our place. We just order in.” This witty remark was met with laughter from the audience, since Deepinder is known as the founder of a leading food delivery service in India.

Who Is Grecia Munoz?

Grecia Munoz transitioned from a thriving modelling career to entrepreneurship. She capitalised on her stint in modelling, laying the foundation for her luxury consumer goods venture. Her influential contributions to the fashion scene did not go unnoticed, landing her the prestigious Metropolitan Fashion Week award in the US in 2022.

Gia added another feather to her cap by dabbling into television hosting – a fact that doesn’t go unnoticed in her Instagram bio. But above all, she uses her influence for good, with dedicated philanthropic endeavours targeting children’s nutrition, female empowerment, and more.

Deepinder and Grecia’s Marriage

Deepinder and Gia got married in an intimate event earlier this year, reportedly followed by a romantic sojourn to France for their honeymoon. This isn’t Deepinder’s first walk down the aisle, as he was previously husband to Kanchan Joshi. They were college sweethearts from IIT Delhi, with a beautiful daughter Siara to show for their union.

Kanchan, currently shaping minds as a Math Professor at Delhi University, maintains a low profile regarding her personal affairs post her split with the Zomato CEO.
