Check Delhi-NCR Weather Update Today

Amid intense heatwave, reports suggest that the monsoon rains likely to reach Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad on June 27.

However, there is no official prediction from the IMD on when the monsoon rains will arrive in the national capital.

Currently, Delhi-NCR is facing severe heatwave conditions with red alert issued till 28 May.

In the meantime, monsoon rain is likely to reach Mumbai from June 10, Indian Express reported citing an IMD official.

The IMD also predicted monsoon arrival in Karnataka's Bengaluru on June 13 or 14.

The weather office predicted rainfall in West Bengal on May 27 and 28.

Rainfall is also expected in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur and Tripura on May 27 and 28.

Heavy rainfall is also expected in West Bengal, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh.

The IMD predicted that monsoon onset is expected in Kerala till June 1.

Delhi will witness partly cloudy sky with the possibility of light rain on May 31.
