The Noida–Greater Noida Expressway is a six-lane expressway connecting Noida and Delhi to Greater Noida. The expressway also known as Yamuna Expressway.
The expressway is spread across 24.53 km and was built with an estimated cost of Rs 400 crore. It was designed as an alternative route to the old Delhi-Agra highway (NH-2).
The 24.53 km long expressway starts in Noida's Sector 16A (Film City) close to the Mahamaya flyover and concludes at Greater Noida's Pari Chowk.
The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway covers these areas: Sector 16A, Sector 44, Sector 92 to 100, Sector 105, Sector 108, Sector 125 to 137, Sector 142 to 168.
The expressway is well-connected to other major highways giving good accessibility. They include: DND Flyway, Yamuna Expressway, National Highway 24.
As of December 15, 2022, the speed limit on the Noida Greater Noida Expressway has been reduced to 75 km per hour from the previous speed limit of 100 km per hour.
The construction of the Expressway is ongoing and it is being developed to stretch it to Taj Economic Zone, the Jewar International Airport, and the Aviation Hub.
