Shubman Gill believes in having natural juices and substances that do not have sugar, carbohydrates and gluten. It also keeps him hydrated despite rigorous travelling around the world.
Recovery is must for Shubman Gill after workout. He believes if one doesn’t recover well after a workout, it makes you weaker.
In breakfast, Shubman Gill prefers to have egg whites and fruits, followed by loads of carbs along with brown rice and vegetables. In lunch, Gill intakes boiled vegetables with grilled chicken.
Being a Punjabi, Shubman Gill loves to gorge on Punjabi food on cheat days along with a plate of pancakes along with maple syrup.
